IMPORTANT

      1. Voucher Type
Daylesford Country Retreats gift vouchers are issued for a monetary value only and may be redeemed toward accommodation bookings at any property within the Daylesford          Country Retreats portfolio, subject to availability.

2. Validity
   Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is displayed on the voucher and vouchers cannot be extended beyond this date.
3. Redemption
   Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of booking and the voucher code must be provided to the Daylesford Country Retreats reservations team for verification. Voucher validity will be confirmed through the Daylesford Country Retreats system prior to redemption.
4. Use of Voucher Value
   If the booking value exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking.
5. Booking Conditions
   All bookings made using a gift voucher are subject to the Daylesford Country Retreats Booking Terms and Cancellation Policies, including payment schedules and cancellation conditions.
6. Non-Refundable
   Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled once purchased and are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
   Daylesford Country Retreats is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers, and they will not be replaced.
8. Transferability
   Gift vouchers are transferable, however the holder of the voucher is responsible for its safekeeping.
9. Fraud and Misuse
   Daylesford Country Retreats reserves the right to cancel or refuse redemption of any voucher where fraud, misuse, or unauthorised use is suspected.
