1. QR Code: Please use the QR code when you enter the property and for all guests.
  2. Keys: You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. If keys are locked inside the property, don’t worry we have a spare set. A call out fee of $60 will be charged to your credit card and we will get them to you. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the key safe on departure. If keys are lost, you will be liable for the full cost of re- keying the entire property.
  3. Visitors: You are most welcome to have visitors to the property. Please ensure they are aware of the house rules. Visitors to the property are your responsibility. 
  4. Noise: Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited. Please be considerate of your neighbours during your stay. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc
  5. BBQ. For properties with BBQ please enjoy the BBQ and ensure it is left in the same condition as found. $50 additional cleaning charge may apply for uncleaned BBQ’s.
  6. Pets: If you have booked a property that allows Dogs, please ensure you clean up after them and please note they are not allowed on the furniture. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. Woof! 
  7. Damages: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. Please must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management’s discretion). Stains such as red wine on the rugs or furniture will incur charges associated with dry cleaning.
  8. Before departure: All food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc, should the cleaning time required be excessive. 
  9. Smoking: Smoking is only permitted outside in the property grounds. 
  10. Complaint Resolution: Complaints which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property. • Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.
